The lenses are located close to the eyes – and that helps to avoid extra light from aside. If necessary, you can turn up one or both of the lenses. The LED illumination is helpful under low light conditions. Both right and left lenses have built-in light diodes – you can direct their light exactly to the object of study. There are 4 sets of interchangeable lenses in the kit, 2 lenses in each kit. To change the magnification power, just put on another pair of lenses of 10x, 15x, 20x or 25x.
