Tama HP600DTWMB Iron Cobra 600 Duo Glide Dark Shadow Edition Dobbelt pedal

Tama Iron Cobra 600 Duo Glide Twin Pedal — Dark Shadow Edition

The Tama HP600DTWMB Iron Cobra 600 Duo Glide Twin Pedal Dark Shadow Edition is a chain-driven double bass drum pedal designed for drummers who want adaptable response and a stealthy stage aesthetic. Its limited-edition textured matte black finish pairs with TAMA's proven Iron Cobra 600 architecture, combining a double chain drive with a reversible Duo Glide cam for switching between smooth and aggressive feel.

What makes the Dark Shadow Edition stand out

The high-temperature baked matte black coating creates a subtle patterned texture that adds grip underfoot without compromising smooth footboard motion. A reversible Duo Glide cam with Speedo-Ring rocker cam lets players switch between Rolling Glide and Power Glide response curves without swapping parts.

Drive and cam response — chain-driven power

The double chain drive, derived from the Iron Cobra 900 series, delivers stable power transfer across both pedals during extended playing.

• Drive Type: Double chain — stable power transfer and consistent feel across both footboards
• Duo Glide cam with Speedo-Ring rocker cam reduces friction and supports quick response changes between two distinct feel profiles.
• Rocker Cam: Speedo-Ring — built-in ball bearing replaces traditional nylon components for smoother, lighter action

Adjustment and hardware — dial in your feel

TAMA's adjustment system lets drummers fine-tune beater angle, spring tension, and pedal position for personalized response.

• Spring Tension: Adjustable — Spring Tight system maintains consistent tension and return across both pedals
• Beater Angle: Adjustable — fine-tune attack and stroke length for each beater
• Hoop Clamp: Para-Clamp — rotating clamp head adjusts to bass drum hoop angle and prevents slippage
• Redesigned hinges feature a cylindrical brass sleeve that reinforces durability while preserving smooth motion.

Construction and finish — Dark Shadow Edition

This edition pairs the twin pedal configuration with a limited matte black finish.

• Configuration: Twin pedal (double bass drum) — synchronized left and right footboard action
• Finish: Matte black with high-temperature baked textured coating — limited Dark Shadow Edition aesthetic
• Beaters: Dual-sided reversible beaters — switch between felt and plastic faces for attack options
