Combination of a 5B handle and a 5A shaft slightly less shock reduction than most AHEAD models. The drumsticks are made using hyper-form engineered swaging process for a longer lifespan, providing 50% less shock than wood drumsticks and 5% more rebound than wood drumsticks. They last 6 to 10 times longer than wood drumsticks. High quality, unbreakable nylon tips provide a softer, wood-like sound, while the super-hard polyurethane replaceable covers protect the drumsticks and the gear.
