Yeah Yeah Yeahs are an influential American indie rock band from New York City, formed in 2000. The group features vocalist and pianist Karen O, guitarist and keyboardist Nick Zinner, and drummer Brian Chase. Known for their energetic sound and dynamic live shows, the band is joined on tour by guitarist David Pajo. Their name comes from New York City slang. Yeah Yeah Yeahs have released five studio albums, starting with Fever to Tell in 2003, followed by Show Your Bones in 2006, It's Blitz in 2009, Mosquito in 2013, and Cool It Down in 2022. Several of their albums have been Grammy-nominated, and Show Your Bones was named the second-best album of 2006 by NME.
