We Came as Romans is a metalcore band from Troy, Michigan, founded in 2005. Over the years, the group has experienced several lineup changes and one name change. Known for their energetic sound and emotional lyrics, they released two EPs in 2008 before putting out six studio albums, including To Plant a Seed, Tracing Back Roots, Cold Like War, and Darkbloom. After spending years with Equal Vision Records, they signed with SharpTone Records in 2016.
