Full 648mm-scale nylon string travel classical guitar from Traveler Escape series that features a built-in headphone amp and the proprietary In-Body Tuning System which uses standard tuning machines relocated into the body, eliminating the need for a headstock. As a result, the instrument provides the same full-scale playing experience you are used to on an instrument that is 25% shorter than a typical full size classical. The body is also 46% thinner than a typical classical guitar, allowing this guitar to be super compact. When in need for private practice, the built-in Shadow headphone amplifier will provide a crisp, clean signal through headphones without needing any extra gear. An under-the-saddle Shadow Nanoflex piezo pickup senses the vibrations of the strings and body for an acoustic style sound without needing a resonant body. The standard 6.3mm output allows you to plug directly into a mixing board, headphones, or an amplifier. With the 3.5mm auxiliary in, you can play along with tracks from any mobile device. The active electronics also have Volume, Treble and Bass controls and a Phase switch. Other features include a gloss-finished cedar top on alder body, a bolt-on, flat-radius maple neck with an ebonized rosewood fingerboard with 21 medium frets and side dot inlays, a Rosetone ABS binding or a wood binding, laser-etched rosette. The guitar has standard pearloid tuning machines and uses standard nylon guitar strings, measures only 749 mm in length, and is ready to play right out of the included deluxe gig bag.
