Anthony Terrell Smith, born March 3, 1966, is an American rapper and actor best known as Tone Lōc. Famous for his distinctive raspy voice, he rose to fame with the hit singles "Wild Thing" and "Funky Cold Medina," both of which brought him Grammy Award recognition. He also contributed to the West Coast Rap All-Stars’ collaborative track "We're All in the Same Gang."
