Wu-Tang Clan is a legendary American hip hop group from Staten Island, New York, formed in 1992. The original lineup features RZA, GZA, Method Man, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, and the late Ol' Dirty Bastard, with Cappadonna later joining as an official member. Widely recognized for revitalizing East Coast hip hop, they are hailed as one of the most influential hip hop groups in history. Their groundbreaking debut album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), became a classic and set the stage for critically acclaimed solo projects by group members. Wu-Tang Forever, their second album, debuted at number one and earned a Grammy nomination. The group continued to release albums and remains known for their innovative approach, including the unique release of Once Upon a Time in Shaolin, which was sold as a single copy. Wu-Tang Clan has also played a major role in launching the careers of many affiliated artists, collectively known as the Wu-Tang Killa Bees.
