Smif-N-Wessun, also known as Cocoa Brovaz and Tek-N-Steele, are a hip hop duo from Brooklyn made up of Tek and Steele, hailing from Bedford–Stuyvesant and Brownsville. As core members of Boot Camp Clik alongside Buckshot, Heltah Skeltah, and Originoo Gunn Clappaz, they are recognized for blending gritty New York street narratives with Jamaican Patois, especially in their early music.
