Rina Sawayama is a Japanese-British singer-songwriter, actress, and model, born in Niigata, Japan in 1990 and raised in London from the age of five. She first gained attention in 2017 with her debut EP Rina, and later released her critically acclaimed albums Sawayama and Hold the Girl. Known for blending diverse musical styles and exploring themes of identity and feminism, she has also modelled for major fashion brands and made her film debut in John Wick Chapter 4.
