NANO ISO-F1 — Analog 3-Band Isolator and DJ Filter
NANO's ISO-F1 brings two classic DJ and live-performance tools together: a 3-band analog isolator and a resonant analog filter. It's the first device in the Performance line from the Valencia crew otherwise known for Eurorack modules (NANO Modules). The isolator divides the signal into Low, Mid and High bands, each with a large dedicated control, and the crossover points and gain ranges can be adjusted to suit different setups and playing styles — hold SHIFT and the Low or High band drops out instantly.

The filter is kept equally direct. Turn the cutoff left for low-pass, right for high-pass, then use resonance to sharpen the response. Both the isolator and filter have their own bypass switches, so either section can be dropped in or out without disturbing the rest of the signal path. Transitions are smoothed internally, so nothing clicks or thumps on a big system. Around the knobs, RGB LED feedback shows positions, kills and secondary states at a glance — it's a small detail, but a great help in a dark booth.

With balanced stereo TRS connections, +20 dBu of headroom (hot modular levels welcome), USB-C power and a milled aluminium body, the ISO-F1 should slot in neatly into your DJ or live setup — side magnets and the height-matched stand keep it planted next to the mixer. A great and focused unit for playing the mix itself — kills, boosts and sweeps, all by feel.
