Jennifer Warnes is an American singer and songwriter known for her powerful vocals on film soundtracks. She won Grammy Awards for her duets with Joe Cocker on Up Where We Belong and with Bill Medley on (I've Had) The Time of My Life. Warnes is also recognized for her close collaborations with Leonard Cohen.
