Jamie Lawson is an English singer-songwriter and musician from Plymouth, England. He began playing guitar at the age of eight and wrote his first song at fifteen. Lawson started out performing in pubs and bars across the UK and Ireland, eventually releasing two early albums, Last Night Stars and The Pull of the Moon. His career reached new heights after signing as the first artist on Ed Sheeran’s label, Gingerbread Man Records, in 2015. Lawson is best known for his hit single Wasn’t Expecting That and his self-titled album, which reached number one on the UK Albums Chart.
