Hawthorne Heights is an American rock band from Dayton, Ohio, formed in 2001. Originally named A Day in the Life, the current members are JT Woodruff, Matt Ridenour, and Mark McMillon. The band rose to fame with their debut albums The Silence in Black and White and If Only You Were Lonely, both earning gold certification. Their notable single Saying Sorry also achieved gold status.
