HAIM is a Los Angeles-based rock band made up of sisters Este, Danielle, and Alana Haim. Raised in a musical family, they began performing as children in their parents' cover band. After brief early projects, the sisters officially formed HAIM in 2007, though they only committed to the band full-time in 2012. Their blend of rock, pop, and R&B influences quickly gained attention with their debut EP Forever, leading to recording deals and major festival appearances. Their first album, Days Are Gone, was released in 2013 to international success, reaching number one in the UK and earning several awards and a Grammy nomination for Best New Artist. The band followed with the albums Something to Tell You in 2017, Women in Music Pt III in 2020, and I Quit in 2025, continuing to earn critical acclaim and Grammy nominations for their distinctive sound and musicianship.
