Gogol Bordello is a punk rock band from New York City’s Lower East Side, formed in 1999 by an international group of musicians. Recognized for their energetic live shows and relentless touring, the band blends elements of punk, dub, Romani, and Ukrainian music, featuring accordion, violin, and sometimes saxophone. Their music and theatrical style have led to appearances in films like Everything Is Illuminated and a dedicated documentary, Gogol Bordello Non-Stop.
