Flag of Democracy, known as FOD, is a hardcore punk band formed in 1982 in Ambler, Pennsylvania, near Philadelphia. They played their debut show opening for notable acts like Minor Threat and Agnostic Front. Throughout the 1980s and 1990s, FOD toured internationally, building a dedicated underground following. In 2007, they celebrated their 25th anniversary with a show in Philadelphia. Several of their albums were remastered and reissued by SRA Records in 2015.
