First Aid Kit is a Swedish folk duo formed by sisters Johanna and Klara Söderberg. Gaining international attention in 2008 with their YouTube cover of Fleet Foxes’ Tiger Mountain Peasant Song, they have since become known for their harmonies and heartfelt songwriting. Their song Emmylou was named one of Rolling Stone’s top singles of 2012. With five albums and several EPs and singles released, they perform live with additional musicians and have received multiple Brit Award nominations for Best International Group.
