Currents is an American metalcore band from Newtown, Connecticut, formed in 2011. Over the years, they have gone through several line-up changes and now feature vocalist Brian Wille, guitarists Ryan Castaldi and Chris Wiseman, bassist and backing vocalist Christian Pulgarin, and drummer Matt Young. Known for their intense sound and emotional depth, Currents continue to evolve as a prominent force in modern metalcore, despite having no original members in the group since 2018.
