Their elegant ear cups contain sophisticated acoustic cabinets perfected using Finite Element Analysis. Using composites and aluminium, this optimised acoustic environment enables the drive unit to do its job with total precision. The 40mm full-range drivers with nylon damped cones with acoustic coating, large surround diaphragms and CCAW coils with external large pole magnets provide precision at high frequencies and compliance for great bass. The drivers are also angled to provide a more natural experience. The headband cleverly decouples each ear cup, which stops unwanted vibration transmitting between the ear cups and the headband. Both the headband and the ear cups are crafted from the finest Italian Saffiano leather by Scabrenta that uses a "stamping" technique which gives the leather a distinctive cross-hatch finish.
