Benjamin John Howard, born in 1987, is an English singer-songwriter, musician, and composer known for his introspective songwriting and atmospheric sound. Emerging with a series of self-released EPs, he gained wider recognition with his acclaimed debut album Every Kingdom in 2011, which reached number four on the UK Albums Chart and earned triple platinum certification. Howard received two Brit Awards in 2013 for British Male Solo Artist and British Breakthrough Act, and has performed on major stages such as Glastonbury Festival. His follow-up albums, including the chart-topping I Forget Where We Were and the critically praised Noonday Dream, further established his reputation for evocative and innovative music.
