7Seconds is a hardcore punk band from Reno, Nevada, formed in 1980 by two sets of brothers. Known for their fast, melodic sound and positive message, the group has seen several lineup changes over the years. Longtime members Kevin Seconds, Steve Youth, and Bobby Adams have remained at the core of the band. The current lineup features Kevin Seconds on vocals, Steve Youth on bass, Troy Mowat on drums, and Bobby Adams on guitar.
