The Sonoris Mastering Compressor is an ultra-clean wideband mastering compressor available in VST, VST3, AU, and AAX formats for both Windows and Mac. It is specifically designed for delicate audio material, ensuring high-quality results.

Transparency

Unlike many compressors, the SMCP eliminates odd harmonic distortion, providing a transparent sound. It features upsampling of audio up to 8 times to minimize residual artifacts. For enhanced clarity, users can select auto-release and feedback detection, along with two soft knee options.

Character

For those seeking a more assertive sound, the SMCP offers feedforward detection with a harder knee setting. When pushed, it can impart a unique character to the audio. Additionally, users can warm up their sound with gentle even harmonics at the flip of a switch.

The SMCP is versatile enough to work on full mixes or in split mode, allowing adjustments on individual left, right, mid, or side channels, with variable linking options.
