Agnetha Fältskog, born on 5 April 1950, is a Swedish singer and songwriter best known as a member of the legendary pop group ABBA. She began her career in Sweden with a successful self-titled debut album in 1968. Fältskog achieved global fame in the 1970s with ABBA, one of the best-selling music groups of all time. After ABBA’s break-up in 1982, she released solo albums and starred in a film before stepping back from public life in the 1990s. She returned to music in 2004 with the album My Colouring Book and later released A in 2013, her highest-charting solo album in the UK. Fältskog has since rejoined ABBA, continuing her legacy as a prominent figure in pop music.
