Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster – Deep tone, classic feel

The Fender 75th Anniversary Player II Baritone Telecaster blends a 27‑inch baritone scale with the iconic Telecaster silhouette, giving players a richer low end while retaining familiar ergonomics. This model arrives in a glossy black finish, complete with a certificate of authenticity and a premium gig bag, underscoring its commemorative status. Standout features that set it apart

Thunderbolt pickups, modeled after Seymour Duncan’s Quarter‑Pound poles, deliver a hot, rounded single‑coil voice that cuts through rock mixes while preserving classic Tele twang. A satin‑finished alder body paired with a rosewood fingerboard adds a subtle luxury feel, and the upgraded 250 k Ω CTS pots provide precise tone shaping.

Body, neck & hardware – built for resonance

Heavy‑gauge tonewoods and sturdy hardware give this baritone Telecaster a balanced, resonant platform, ideal for low‑tuned riffs.

• The alder body delivers bright resonance while keeping the instrument lightweight.
• Neck wood: maple – delivers stability and snap under string tension.
• Neck profile: Modern C – a comfortable contour that suits extended playing sessions.
• Bridge system integrates a six‑saddle, string‑through‑body design with block steel saddles for solid sustain.

Fingerboard & playability – smooth articulation

The rosewood fingerboard and medium‑jumbo frets create a slick surface that responds well to bends and fast runs, while the 9.5‑inch radius promotes effortless chord shaping across the baritone scale.

• At 686 mm, the scale length supports low tunings without floppy strings.
• Fingerboard radius: 241 mm – balances comfort and attack.
• Nut width: 42.8 mm – offers a roomy grip for diverse picking styles.
• 22 medium‑jumbo frets provide a buttery feel for both rhythm and lead work.

Electronics & hardware – tone control precision

Equipped with Thunderbolt single‑coil pickups and high‑quality components, the instrument yields a dynamic tone palette ready for studio and stage.

• The Thunderbolt Alnico V single‑coil pickups deliver bright attack and warm mids.
• Potentiometers: 250 k Ω CTS – ensure smooth volume and tone sweeps.
• Tuning machines: Fender ClassicGear – provide stable, precise tuning.
• Standard three‑way selector offers classic Tele versatility.

Who is it for?
