Korg Volca Sample

Compact, intuitive and ultra-powerful digital sample sequencer from Volca series that provides editing and sequencing capabilities for up to 100 sample sounds in real time, ideal for live performances. PCM-type sampler provides maximum polyphony of 8 voices and sampling frequency of 31.25 kHz/16-bit, with 4 MB memory size for sample and numerous editing options: Sample (Start Point, Length, Hi Cut), Pitch (Speed, EG Int, Attack, Decay), Amp (Level, Pan, Attack, Decay), Reverse On/Off. 10-part sequencer with 16 steps and 10 recording patterns features Motion Sequence, Active Step, Step Jump and Swing controls. Device also features great-sounding Analog Isolator for sculpting samples that includes Reverb effect, multi-touch keyboard, Song mode for more dynamic performances with maximum number of 16 sequences and 6 recording songs, and Reverse function that plays sampled sounds backwards. In addition, the included Korg SYRO library allows creating user’s very own tools, while dedicated iOS app allows recording, managing and download of new samples. Sequencer provides 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack headphone output, Sync in/out for synchronization with Korg Monotron or Monotribe, and MIDI input. Unit is easy to integrate with other gear and powered by 6 AA batteries (included), or optionally by power adapter.
