The Huddle 1Y Subscription is priced per Presenter seat, per year, offering a flexible solution for your collaborative needs. This is an Avid TEAM License, meaning the quantity of seats you order will be delivered as a single code. Your Team Administrator will then use the "Admin Console" to assign these Presenter Seats to individuals via their email addresses, even if it's a team of one.

Assigned users will receive an email invitation containing a link. They must follow this link to either sign into or create a MyAvid account using the same email address that received the invitation. Once successfully signed in, the license will be automatically deposited into their MyAvid account. It's important to note that this is Not a Microsoft TEAMS license; customers are responsible for obtaining any necessary Microsoft Teams licenses separately. When ordering, ensure the quantity reflects the number of Presenter seats you need within the Team license. Viewers do not require a license and do not need to be factored into your order quantity.
