Van, akinek biztos hogy nagyon nehézkes az eszköz használata, mert pl. a midi csatorna könnyű váltása némi trükközést igényel a szoftveres oldalon (én a max-et használó alesis-valóság fordítónak, ami midi cc-kből alakít csatornaváltást és vezérel plusz funkciókat azzal a rengeteg gombbal, ami rajta van), a számítógépes vezérlőalkalmazás pedig tényleg nagyon körülményes és igazán nehéz vele dolgozni. Viszont nagyon jó rajta játszani! És ez kárpótolhat a többi defektért, ha nem várod, hogy beépített szekvenszeres, shift-gombosan moddolható eszközöd legyen. Amiért igazából egy csillaggal kevesebb, az az, hogy a midi inputra semennyire nem reagál: elvárható lenne, hogy legalább kapcsolja fel a lámpákat, ha a nekik megfelelő cc-t kapja.
