The Behringer STEPS is a Eurorack format six-stage function generator that can be configured in various ways to generate different types of modulation. STEPS is capable of creating intricate LFO waveshapes, sequences and envelopes to name a few. The 6-stage envelope broken down into smaller and smaller segments and these can be as complex as you want them to be. Each segment of steps has three modes: Ramp, Hold and Step, which determine how the output reaches the target voltage. These modes are controlled and modified via the segment’s corresponding potentiometer and slider.
