Digital piano from Clavinova series with 88-key Natural Wood X keyboard with synthetic ivory key tops and escapement, that features the Real Grand Expression – full realization of the sound, the touch, the pedals and application of technologies that faithfully reproduce the sound of an grand acoustic piano. It utilizes the same hammering system and spring-less mechanism as a grand piano. The instrument features sample sounds of Bösendorfer Imperial Piano or Yamaha CFX, 3 pedals, a 256-note polyphony, the String Resonance function to emulate the mellow tonal colour that occurs when strings react to one another, the Damper Resonance function that reproduces the broad, deep sound field of an acoustic piano and mirrors the tonal changes that result when a damper pedal is depressed, the Intelligent Acoustic Control that adjusts the sound automatically and allows for balanced sound at any volume level, the Smooth Release technology that offers the crisp tone heard when playing staccato as well as the sound produced by releasing the keys more, the Key-Off Samples with actual recordings of sound changes that occur when a pianist’s fingers are lifted from the keys, or the Stereophonic Optimizer that adjusts the spacing of the sound and the separation from the piano while listening via headphones.
