Wolfmother is a hard rock band from Sydney, Australia, established in 2004. Led by vocalist and guitarist Andrew Stockdale, the group is known for its dynamic lineup changes, with Stockdale as the central figure throughout. The original trio, featuring Chris Ross on bass and keyboards and Myles Heskett on drums, achieved immediate success with their self-titled debut album in 2005, which became a global hit. After Ross and Heskett departed in 2008, Stockdale continued Wolfmother with various new members, releasing albums such as Cosmic Egg and Victorious and maintaining a presence on the international rock scene. Despite frequent member changes, Wolfmother remains driven by Stockdale’s vision and energetic blend of classic hard rock influences.
