100% Organic oil from Scandinavian rainbow trout.
Ingredients: Organic oil from Scandinavian rainbow trout (97.5%), Organic orange and lemon oil and Organic rosemary extract (2.5%).
5 ml provides naturally occurring: omega-3 total 780 mg [DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) 370 mg, EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) 150 mg, DPA (docosapentaenoic acid) 50 mg, ALA (alpha linolenic acid) 120 mg, other omega- 3 fatty acids 90 mg], omega-6 total 561 mg [linoleic acid 465 mg, GLA (gamma linolenic acid) 5 mg, other omega-6 fatty acids 91 mg], omega-7 (palmitoleic acid) 340 mg, omega- 9 (oleic acid) 1279 mg. The pack contains approximately 40 teaspoons per 200 ml.
Dosage: Adults: take 1 - 3 teaspoons daily. Children (3 - 12 years): take 1 teaspoon daily or as recommended by your doctor.
