Dynamic performance microphone with supercardioid polar pattern that features four user-assignable Mic Control buttons for creative FX control and a backlit display for preset numbers and HIT status. It automatically rejects what you do not need in the signal – focusing solely on the power of the voice. This is because it has been specially designed to deliver the best off-axis feedback suppression in its class, as well as rejection of pitched sources nearby that can impact Harmony and other pitch-sensitive effects. The magic of the microphone is activated by these TC-Helicon Vocal Processors: VoiceLive 3, VoiceLive Touch 2, VoiceLive Play, Play Electric, Play Acoustic, and VoiceSolo FX150. The microphone features patented neodymium magnet structure for high output and uniform performance, and patented dual material diaphragm – with light, rigid section for optimal high frequency response; and light, flexible section for optimal low frequency response. The low-power consumption backlit LCD display allows user to know what preset he is on and the status of the HIT function. All this FX capability is achieved with a standard microphone cable; the microphone itself is powered simply by the trickle of phantom power sent from the TC-Helicon processor. The unit features a zinc die-cast body with special heat treated hardened steel wire mesh ball grill that provides up to 10 times durability of non-hardened ball grills.
