Guitar modelling combo amplifier from VYPYR V.I.P. series that contains Bass guitar, Acoustic guitar and Electric guitar simulation, so for the first time ever by using the Variable Instrument Input a single amp can provide amplification for a variety of instrument types. The combo can morph from a bass amp to an acoustic amp, to an electric amp.Using appropriate technology, it uses a combination of powerful 32-bit, floating point SHARC processors and patented Transtube analogue circuitry to create the best sounding modelling amplifiers available. In total, the combo provides 25 amp accessible effects, 36 on-board amp models, 6 bass amp models and 6 acoustic amp models, 16 presets, Tap Tempo, on-board looper (activated with optional Sanpera I or II) and enhanced chromatic tuner. All of the effects and parameter controls can be accessed via the amp itself and 4 of them can be used in the same time. Peavey's WYSIWYG control surface quickly allows the user the ability to see and adjust the control position, no guessing where the control is supposed to be, or having to manually move it to where it should be preset to preset. Combo’s USB bi-directional data and audio port provides an easy way to record, and or connect to the VYPYR software and store presets, get lessons, and practice to backing tracks while connected to the computer. Specially voiced 8” modelling speaker is fitted into enclosure with acoustically ported semi-closed back. An aux/MP3/CD input and studio quality headphone output are also provided.
