The wearing comfort is given by the cushioning, thanks to the Cushion Platform™ footbed insert and the large internal volumes as well as the soft, breathable and enveloping upper with Slip-on construction that avoids compression points during the race. The Dynamic ProTechTion™ active front reinforcements provide protection and structure following the movement of the foot dynamically and without constriction. The gripping, dual compound FriXion® Red sole is equipped with the exclusive Trail Rocker™ solution capable of promoting the natural external heel - internal toe movement of the foot during running. Ortholite® Hybrid laces and footbed are also made from recycled materials. Akasha II: the ultra-runner's code is expressed through protection, comfort and cushioning.

Eva - injected

• High degree of cushoning and high elasticity of the fabric. These features assist ''push off'' during the propulsion phase while running, making these models who use injected midsoles, ideal for use on off-road trails. Furthermore, EVA Injected midsole drastically reduce the ''squash'' effect of the EVA over time, allowing the product to mantain the same features for its entire duration.

Ortholite

The Mountain Running collection models adopt the exclusive La Sportiva insoles by Ortholite, with 2 different thickness. Both models are available in men and women version and differs for the materials’ densities.
