The sweet taste is caused by steviol glycosides (the stevia plant itself contains 6-12% steviol glycosides, but the sweetener itself has up to 97% steviol glycosides). It is used as a substitute sweetener for diabetics and overweight people.

ZEN WHEY CONTAINS:

• Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC) - made from fresh dairy whey by ultrafiltration and spray drying. Thanks to these methods it retains up to 80% protein and only 1% lactose. It also contains bioactive components (lactoferrin, lactoperoxidase, immunoglobulins ...). Exceptional is its rapid and easy absorbability with a lasting effect of 120 - 150 minutes.
• Milk protein concentrate (MPC) - consists of 80% casein and 20% whey. It is made from fresh skimmed milk by ultrafiltration and subsequent spray drying with a high content of BCAAs, glutamine and minerals (Ca, Mg, K, P), but also low in fat (only 2%). Casein has an extended effect of up to 180 - 240 minutes.
• BCAA 2: 1: 1 - involved in energy production, accelerate protein synthesis and protect muscle proteins from catabolism.
