They accelerate the formation of proteins and protect existing muscle proteins from catabolism during exercise and physical stress. They support immediate muscle regeneration after intensive training. K4 Power BCAAs consist of 3 branched essential amino acids - leucine, isoleucine and valine in an ideal ratio of 4: 1: 1. The human body cannot produce these amino acids itself, therefore they have to be supplied in form of food or supplements. K4 Power BCAAs are enriched with L-glutamine, citrulline malate and group B vitamins to enhance their effectiveness. Glutamine alleviates exhaustion after training or after physical activity.
