HMB β-Hydroxy- β methyl butyrate is formed by the breakdown of the amino acid leucine. It is a substance that is naturally found in the body. The usage of HMB is recommended in physically demanding sport performances or less efficient trainings to increase the effect. During physical exertion, amino acids are degraded and used as a source of energy, but thanks to the use of HMB, athletes can efficiently protect their muscles.

HMB is suitable for:

• strength disciplines (to promote growth and protect muscle),
• endurance disciplines (to protect muscle tissue from damage and to accelerate muscle recovery after a demanding training),
• all athletes who seek to reduce subcutaneous fat and maintain muscle mass.

Recommended dosage of HMB:

take with food, dosage according to the table below, continuously for at least 2 months

the maximum recommended dose is 4g HMB (10 capsules) per day.

The usage

Swallow the capsules with plenty of water.
