Joint nutrition KOMPAVA GELO-3 complex is a regenerative drink designed to protect and nourish the joint tissues, bones and ligaments, supporting healthy growth of skin and hair. Joint nutrition is suitable not only for athletes, but also for the elderly as well as hard working people. The drink is sweetened with steviol glycosides.

• Gelatin hydrolysate, glucosamine sulfate and chondroitin sulfate contribute to the nutrition and protection of the joints.

• Vitamin C, B6, B12 contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system.
• Biotin contributes to maintaining healthy hair.

Recommended dosage:

• 1 x day as prevention
• children 8 to 11 years of age - 1 measuring cup once a day
• children above 11 years of age - 2 measuring cups once a day
• 2 times a day in case of pain, strong physical and sports exertion, during periods of growth

Usage:

Mix 2 scoops / 13 g of powder in 200 - 300 ml of cold water and drink immediately.
