Single-enclosure three-way speaker system from Authentics series that was inspired by the legendary JBL Century L100 loudspeaker and blends classic acoustic speaker design with advanced wireless audio streaming. It offers a real walnut-veneered wood enclosure, exceptional audio quality and easy wireless connectivity to a wide range of devices via AirPlay, DNLA and Bluetooth. Not only that, but with the additional analogue, optical, and phono preamp jack connections, it provides an all-in-one masterpiece of compatibility. Near Field Communication (NFC) technology allows for pairing a Bluetooth device simply by tapping it on the speaker. Meanwhile, the free JBL MusicFlow app allows for easy set-up and control of the speaker with the iOS or Android mobile device. And it is as versatile as it is easy: wirelessly charge compatible mobile devices on the speaker’s optional Qi charging pad, or charge devices, including tablets by using its built-in USB ports. Packing 300 W RMS of power, custom JBL 5.25” low-frequency, 2” mid-frequency and 1” high-frequency transducer, advanced DSP technology and a frequency response of 35 Hz – 35 kHz, the speaker produces full-range sound and a wide stereo image from a single, mid-size stereo speaker. The Harman Clari-Fi technology analyses digital audio files during playback and “rebuilds” what was lost in compression. Other audio “enhancers” simply add EQ or reverb to existing content with the unsatisfactory result of boosted artefacts and increased distortion.
