The multifunctional bar with supports is intended for making chin and dips. Depending on the exercise, you can strengthen the pectoral muscles, triceps, biceps, back, abdomen or front shoulder muscles. The crossbar allows training of almost all muscle groups of the upper half of the body.

The crossbar is made of the highest quality material. The construction is strong and stable and its load capacity is up to 300 kg. You can diversify your training with an added load. Two pairs of handles and supports are provided with sleeves made of thick PU foam, which prevents slipping the palm and at the same time increases the comfort of the grip.
