With the chest strap, you will always have the exact values ​​of heart rate (bpm) + heart rate zones (between zones 1 to 5) available - depending on the type of device. By setting the target heart rate zone, a compatible device warns you when the set values ​​of the zone range are exceeded (sound signal / vibration warning).
