DBX Bushido DBX-SB-10

The Slip Bag DBX BUSHIDO DBX-SB-10 is basically a pear hanging on a long rope, which is used for training sidesteps. One of its first users is Mike Tyson, the Slip Bag helped him improve this technique.

The pear is hung from the ceiling, the length of the rope is adjusted so the pear is at shoulder level. We hold the pear in our palms and move it. While the Slip Bag is swinging, we try to make as many sidesteps as possible, but the pear can't touch us. Training with Slip Bag improves coordination, reflexes, peripheral vision and also helps to sharpen the feeling when someone is standing behind us.
