An 80/20 bronze alloy consists of 80% copper and 20% zinc. These strings sound super bright and articulate, but naturally lose their sparkle relatively fast – the XT coating counteracts this.

Made using a high carbon NY steel core and fusion twist ball end, XT strings are incredibly break resistant, hold seriously strong tuning stability and protect against corrosion.
