Ché Wolton Grant, known as AJ Tracey, is a British rapper and producer from Ladbroke Grove, London. Rising to fame in 2016, he gained early recognition as one of The Guardian's best new acts to watch at festivals. His 2017 EP Secure the Bag was his first charting project, and he achieved a commercial breakthrough with the top 20 single Butterflies featuring Not3s in 2018. His self-titled debut album reached number three on the UK Albums Chart in 2019, featuring the platinum-certified hit Ladbroke Grove. AJ Tracey is known for his collaborations with artists such as Aitch, Dave, Skepta, Nelly Furtado, and his cousin Big Zuu.
