Protein intake is an essential component for muscle growth and amino acids are the building blocks of protein. However, it can be difficult to obtain the correct amount of protein from food, which is where supplements come in. By using a protein supplement after a workout, you can help to ensure that your muscles recover faster.

Reflex use whey protein that's hormone and antibiotic free and made from the milk of grass-fed cows. Milk from grass-fed cows is richer in omega-3 fatty acids and has up to five times as much CLA. Instant Whey™ Pro also contains LactoSpore®, a friendly bacteria.

Instant Whey™ Pro is suitable for anyone aiming to support their gym, sport or exercise activities.

As it's high in protein and low in fat it's the ideal choice for those who want to tone and sculpt without the extra carbs. It's also suitable for vegetarians.

Consume 1 serving per day, ideally post-workout.

Mix 25g with 150ml water or skimmed milk in a shaker or blender.

150ml is recommended for optimal taste but these are guidelines and more or less water can be added to suit your preference.

Once mixed, consume immediately. For exact measurements, we advise using weighing scales, as the scoop measures in millilitres rather than grams.

Description:
Dietary supplement, with sweeteners. 900 g. Strawberry & raspberry flavor. Whey protein with DigeZyme® enzyme complex and a mixture of probiotic cultures.

Ingredients:
Instantized whey protein (whey protein isolate 72%, whey protein concentrate 9%, emulsifier soy lecithin), milk protein concentrate 15%, aroma, thickener cellulose gum, dye betanin, DigeZyme® enzyme complex (alpha-amylase, neutral protease, neutral protease lactase, lipase), sucralose sweetener, sea salt, Bacillus coagulans Lactospore® culture, steviol glycoside sweetener, probiotic cultures (Bifidobacterium bifidum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus).

Recommended dosage:
Mix 25 g (approximately 3 aligned 25 ml scoops *) with 150 ml of water or milk in a shaker or blender. Consume 2-3 doses daily. Consume the product immediately after mixing, do not let it stand in the heat for a long time. * The measuring cup is part of the package, it may sink to the bottom due to transport.

Notice:
