Recommended dosage:

For athletes, the dosage depends on the desired effect:

• to support the growth of muscle mass - take 2-3 doses between meals, before training, 1 hour after training or at bedtime on the day of strength training
• for total regeneration and protection of muscle mass - take 1-2 doses daily (1 dose = 3 scoops, i.e. 35 g), daily between meals, or at bedtime
• children from 8 to 11 years of age 1-2 doses per day (1 dose = 1 measuring cup)
• children from 11 to 18 years of age 2-3 doses per day (1 dose = 1 measuring cup)
