Adelle Davis Liposomal Vitamin C 200 ml C-vitamin

A nutritional supplement in liposomal form, which has the highest absorption of vitamin C among other forms. It contains vitamin C in the form of L-ascorbic acid, non-genetically modified sunflower lecithin.

Vitamin C is a substance without which our body cannot function normally (in extreme deficiency, we could even die), but it cannot create it independently. It must therefore receive it from outside. The source of vitamin C is food or nutritional supplements.

The vitamin C deficiency disease is called scurvy. It is manifested by bleeding gums, tooth loss, and thickening of the bones. If vitamin C is not given, the human being will die. The disease was once mainly spread between the sailors. Legend has it that Columbus sailors were cured of the disease by the citrus fruits they found when they discovered America.

Checking the symptoms of scurvy, it is obvious why vitamin C is that needed.

• Preservative: potassium sorbate

SOURCE OF ACTIVE SUBSTANCE:

• L-ascorbic acid produced naturally from maize

FORM

• liquid liposomal (absorption almost 100%). Unlike standard forms, the liposomal form has up to 6 times higher absorption.

For comparison – there are the following basic forms:

• capsules, tablets, powder form with an absorbability up to 20%
• injection directly into a vein with an absorbability of approximately 70%
• liposomal form with over 90% absorbability

To explain it in the easy explanation, the food supplement itself is wrapped in tiny bubbles (called liposomes, hence the name liposomal , and made by a unique process from the natural substance lecithin). These mini bubbles protect the nutritional supplement. Besides, they “understand” the walls of the intestines, so they easily get into the blood through them and transport them to the cells themselves. They also get along very well, so the cell very quickly receives a “delivery” and therefore, more than 90% of the food supplement gets where it is and is used. Besides, this form is not heavy to be digested by the stomach.

HOW TO USE:

• Adults: 2 x 1 teaspoon (10 ml) = 1000 mg vitamin C
• Children from 6 years: 1 x 1 teaspoon (5 ml) = 500 mg of vitamin C
• Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 x 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) = 250 mg of vitamin C

STORAGE

• Store in a dry, dark and cool place. Once opened, use within 30 days and store in the refrigerator.
