Vitamin D is essential for life. Under normal circumstances, this vitamin is formed in the skin by sunlight; therefore, it is also called sun vitamin. In case of a short stay in the sun, the body needs to take vitamin D in food. The sun vitamin affects several vital functions in the human body. Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin that bacteria cannot produce in sufficient quantities in the human body while playing an essential role in metabolism (metabolism) and bone mineralization (bone supply, such as calcium).

FORM

• liquid liposomal (absorption almost 100%). Unlike standard forms, the liposomal form has up to 6 times higher absorption.

The biggest cons of standard forms of vitamins and other nutritional supplements, such as tablets, powders or beverages, are that the vast majority of the nutritional supplement is degraded in the digestive system. Only a tiny part of the amount stated on the nutritional supplement package reaches its location in our body.

For comparison – there are the following basic forms:

• capsules, tablets, powder form with an absorbability up to 20%
• injection directly into a vein with an absorbability of approximately 70%
• liposomal form with over 90% absorbability

To explain it in the easy explanation, the food supplement itself is wrapped in tiny bubbles (called liposomes, hence the name liposomal , and made by a unique process from the natural substance lecithin). These mini bubbles protect the nutritional supplement. Besides, they “understand” the walls of the intestines, so they easily get into the blood through them and transport them to the cells themselves. They also get along very well, so the cell very quickly receives a “delivery” and therefore, more than 90% of the food supplement gets where it is and is used. Besides, this form is not heavy to be digested by the stomach.
